This is the privacy statement from I Solisti del Vento vzw. Further in this document we use our trade name I SOLISTI.
This privacy statement explains you in a clear, transparent, clear and correct way when, how and why I SOLISTI processes your personal data. This statement is addressed to all persons whose data we receive, both directly and indirectly.

Why do we process personal data
Your personal data will be processed by I SOLISTI for the following purposes and legal grounds:
- in order to participate in activities organized by us such as workshops, courses or attending concerts (execution agreement)
- sending newsletters and invitations (permission of the person involved)
- obtaining subsidy by the government (legal obligation)
For the above purposes we may request the following personal data from you, and possibly store, collect and process:
- Personal identity and contact details: name, first name, address, telephone number, email
- Identity data issued by the government: identity card number
- National number
- Personal characteristics: gender, date of birth, place of birth, nationality
We use the collected data only for the purposes for which we obtained the data.
Provision to third parties
I SOLISTI generally does not share personal data with third parties. However, limited exceptions are possible, whereby data is shared with third parties if this is necessary for carrying out the above-described purposes. Only the strictly necessary information is shared with these third parties.
For example, we use a third party for:
- taking care of the internet environment (web hosting);
- providing IT infrastructure (eg mail, data storage, IT configurations, …)
- distributing newsletters and invitations.
We make the necessary arrangements with these parties (processors) to ensure the security of your personal data.
Furthermore, we will not pass on the information you provide to third parties, unless this is legally required and permitted.
We can also share personal data with third parties if you give us permission for this. You have the right to revoke this consent at any time, without this affecting the lawfulness of the processing.
We do not provide personal data to parties which are located outside the EU.
Save and protect
I SOLISTI stores your personal data in accordance with the legal obligations. To this end I SOLISTI takes all appropriate and reasonable technical and organizational measures necessary to protect and secure the collected (personal) data.
I SOLISTI does not store personal data longer than necessary for the purpose for which they were provided or is required by law.
Your rights regarding your data
You have the right to inspect and right to correct or remove the personal data we have received from you. At the top of this privacy statement you’ll find how you can contact us. You can also object to the processing of your personal data (or a part thereof) by us or by one of our processors. You also have the right to have the data provided by you transferred by us to yourself or by order of you directly to another party. We can ask you to identify you before we can comply with the aforementioned requests.
If you have a complaint about the processing of your personal data, we ask you to contact us directly.
You have the right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority if you believe that I SOLISTI has collected, processed and managed your personal data in a careless manner, as a result of which you suffer or have suffered (potential) damage.
